Haw Mok Ibahan Thalay:
150 ml thick coconut milk
1 teaspoon rice flour
75 grams snapper fillet, thinly sliced length

3 cloves garlic
2 cm galangal, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How To Make Haw Mok Thalay:
Spice paste: Combine all ingredients, puree in blender. Set aside.
Mix the thick coconut milk and rice flour, and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling and thickened. Remove and let cool.
Mix the spice paste, fish fillets, shrimp, squid-cui, eggs, fish sauce, basil, and lime leaves. Stir well. Add the liquid coconut milk gradually while stirring until blended.
Take a bowl and Piang, put the rice flour mixture to taste.
Add the fish mixture to the banana leaf bowl almost full.
